Payment is due in full upon receipt of images. Once Payment is received photos will be immediately available for download.
A fifty dollar cancellation fee will be charged upon appointment cancellation within twenty-four hours of the scheduled shoot.
A fifty dollar per hour property not ready fee will be added to properties not ready for photography upon photographers arrival.
A fifty dollar convenience fee will be added upon OM Media LLC's discretion for shoots which require a photographer to return to a property for additional photos for easement of agent.
Pricing does not reflect additional fees photographer may incur upon shoot. (example: Parking fees)
Our photographers are instructed to use parking garages close to the property site to ensure their safety at agents expense.
A mileage fee of sixty-eight cents per mile will be added if photographer has to travel thirty-five miles outside of their home location.
If payment of balance exceeds 30 days, agent authorizes OM Media to use any credit card stored on file to process outstanding balance to avoid a 15% late fee.
Preferred photographers are a request that OM Media will always honor as best as they can. Agent understands that OM Media reserves the right to send another photographer to a scheduled shoot.

Please be aware that photo packages are based on the square footage of the home. If agent orders a package below the appropriate home square footage the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the size of the home.
During scheduled photography appointment agent agrees to utilize this appointment for photography only. ie: no home improvement sessions or scheduled showings.
Agent or homeowner must be onsite if there is anyone under the age of 18 present at the time of scheduled shoot.
Some homes may not measure 100% accurate. OM Media is not responsible for inaccurate measurement of floor plans.
OM Media will store completed media for 1 year after scheduled shoot. After 1 year period, OM Media will no longer have media in their storage.
OM Media will store raw footage for real estate for 1 month after schedule shoot. All revisions must be made within 1 month period before raw files are deleted.
